The
Debonair camera differs almost nothing from any ordinary Diana
camera, there are few models around and the changes are mostly in
design.
The
model above was “improved” with the addition of the focus ring
outside the barrel so you can rotate the lens just like an Slr.
Of
course you won't get to see the focus on the viewfinder but instead
you have to look at the ring to check the distance, I found it easier and faster to shoot since you don't have to turn
the camera to check the distance scale, just like the Holga.
The
old focus scale was replaced by a fake selenium meter around the
lens.
The
winding knob matches with the camera's colour instead of the usual
black.
The
resulting images are exactly what you would expect from a Diana clone
camera...
